Since going to RC5 I have seen the autorefresh rate changer fail
Looks like the device is lost. Try again and it works fine - logs attached and show the problem with the last two attempts to play video - first fails when going to 24Hz, second one works. [thought it was latest ati driver so reverted - still fails).
