As I live in Germany but am not that great at speaking German yet, I sometimes try to watch things in German with English subtitles. It has occurred to me that since my android phone is getting pretty awesome at understanding what I say, wouldn't it be cool if there was a plug-in that could generate subtitles and even translate in real-time. No subtitle downloads, no messing with files or relying on what languages DVD suppliers provide. This kind of thing can't be that far away.
