I'm assuming that CVBS and Composite are the same thing? My setup is this; Cable TV in lounge room sending signal to PC room by wireless transmitter/receiver. AV/TV outs on receiver to AV/TV ins on tuner card. I know 100% that the signal is getting to the tuner card and then to the monitor because; 1. Old TV used to receive picture, 2. Have received a picture with ChrisTV but the software was unstable, hence trying MediaPortal. I think I have configured everything correctly, just not getting a picture or sound when when opening to MY TV and CVBS1, just a blank black screen. I hope that I've explained myself correctly and that someone can help. Cheers, JLB. Oops, better add that when I'm in the My TV section and I click on the TV on button I get the error message; "Unable to start time shifting, Unknown error occured" JLB. [/QUOTE]
