Ah cool didn't know that! I could never find any when I was looking, perhaps it wasn't around then.

Might be a good way to go (OP). The 'other way' isn't as easy as you might need linux experience depending on how you do it.

It was buried deep on one of the Satellite TV forums. It still can't update the card so you still have to put it back in a SKY box every 5/6 weeks but other than that it works well.

It's not really worth it so much any more if all you want is the FTV channels, there's only 5USA (+1), 5* (+1), Channel 5 HD, SonyTV (+1), PickTV (+1) MotorsTV, LFC TV and VIVA left. Most of which are either not worth watching or you can get through Freeview.

It can be done with an omnikey 3121 card reader (available for £10 or so on eBay) and software but we can't talk about that. This updates entitlements too.
