SetTopBoxes always come with "their own special hardware/software solution".i dont know an HTPC application/TV-card which offers this "offline" solution.i am also not sure how this should work because here in germany/austria the "biggest" paytv provider changes the key nearly ever 24hours.so when i play an "offline" movie i recorded last week then this will not work because on my smartcard i allready have a newer key, then the movie was scrambled with?
