record icon in osd when not recording (1 Viewer)

When showing the tv osd for the second time, I see the record icon but there is none recording.
It's not a big issue, I just let you know.

steps to reproduce:
- make shure that mediaportal isn't recording anything.
- watch a channel in full screen
- press the osd button on your remote or press on the "Y" button of your keyboard. --->osd is shown---> No record icon in osd.(correct)
- press that button again ---> osd closed
- open osd again ---> record icon is showed !!! (incorrect)

I can reproduce it on both my htpc's (xp).
I can also reproduce it with another skin (steamed mp).

I have seen this too. It also happens when watching recorded TV (that has finished recording).
