I know MP condenses the Recorded Program list to pseudo folders on multi-episode recordings. This 'folder' gives the description of the first recorded program.
Wouldn't it be more useful to display the titles and number of episodes in the 'folder'?
The 'folder' button in icon view could show:
1) large folder icon
2) Program Title
3) Genre
4) Number of episodes recorded
In list view the button could show:
1) small folder icon
2) Program title
3) Number of episodes
The description could display The episode titles, if available - otherwise the Program Title, and time/date recorded in list form in the scrolling text box.
Especially in list view (at least on my TV), the icon is barely discernible as either a program or a folder
