Recorded TV video goes to wallpaper (1 Viewer)

I'm fairly new to Mediaportal and just upgraded to 1.13.
When watching recorded TV the video goes to windows wallpaper.
We have to click the remote to get back to the recorded content.
Sound is ok, just no video.
I'm using Windows 10 pro for the server and client.

Hello & Welcome to MePo forum.

Without logs can't be certain but most likely is windows screen saver is kicking in as it thinks the screen is idle - does the screen revert to wall paper at same time as screen saver should - i.e. X mins into recording after LAST key press on remote?

If so, simple fix, turn off screen saver in Windows - MePo has it's own 'screen saver' capabilities

Thank you for your response.
I may need to try your fix, but I think I have solved the problem.
MP would go to the Windows 10 Lock Screen. I have disabled the Lock Screen and so far it is not timing out to the lock screen in a recording at some predetermined interval of approximately 5 minutes.
If this problem re-emerges I'll repost after trying your solution.

Cool - lock screen == Windows Screen saver, so job done, don't think you'll have problem going forward.
