Summary:
This is a suggestion for an improvment of the already existing ability to specify timeintervals for recording before and after a scheduled TV program. The purpose of this suggestion: to more easy get rid of advertisments before and after actual TV show recording.

Description:
Instead of specifying only one set of before/after timeintervals used by ALL the channels - each channel could be assigned an unique record-before and record-after value.
The purpose of this is to better align the start and stop of the recording to each channel's actual program start.
Each channel has different advertisment lenght and frequence. So with the solution today Its impossible to assign a value that starts at the actual programstart for channels with advertisments and at the same time channels without ads.
It should be the users choice if she wants to specify a channelspesific set of values or not. (Defined in expert TVserver setup mode)
If a channel is not assigned with a channelspesific set of values, the the standard value should be used. (Defined in standard TVserver setup mode)
So a user should be able to use a standard value on most channlels except a set of chosen channels which has to be specified.
