Hi,

after moving my recording folder to my synology nas the recorder is not able to record anymore.
Evertime a recording starts it is not able to create the file.

The nas folder is maped as a drive to Z:\ on the tv server.

Creating files/folder manualy on that share works without any problems. So i dont think it a problem with the user rights.... but what is wrong with it?

Here the log file;

Code:

    I think the opposite. Remember that the TV service runs under a system account (which is different to your login account). So, I suspect that you have given permissions to your login account, but not to the account that the TV service is using.

    Yes you are right but i had changed the tv-service to run with my local user account. i also checked the log on my nas. there is no unauthorized access.

    I find out that i has to deal with the mapped drive. I changed the recording path to the network adress \\nas\folder and it seems to be working fine. Dunno why???
