Recording Nothing (1 Viewer)

I have a situation wherein MP shows it is recording a 30min program from a few hours ago and is not recording what it was set to record now.

The record red light is on but nothing seems to be recording as shown on the Recorded TV or the Program Listing screen.

Attached is a log.

TV SErver log - lots [all messages] are:

[2016-12-17 19:08:27,341] [Log ] [scheduler thread] [ERROR] - RecordingFileHandler: Error while deleting a recording from disk: The process cannot access the file 'D:\TimeShift\346 BBCNAHD\BBC World News\BBC World News - 2016-12-17 - S- - E- - -_1.ts' because it is being used by another process.

So, something keeping file open - Avast update noted in Apps logs, suggest checking AV settings/exclusions.
