    Hi,
    When posting bugs:
    1. attach logs to your post(do not past it into the post, make a mess to read).
    2. give as much information you can so we can reproduce it

That said, could it be a comskip problem?

    Regards
    Roy

Sorry about the messy post. I will add logs as attachments in the future.
I have a suspect, but it is not easy to reproduce. For two months of daily recordings and some manual recordings, it has only happened three times. I am certain about the the time stamps when this happened though. The first recording stopped at 0h:44min (scheduled for 1 hour recording with five minutes in front and five after). The second recording ended after 1h:44min (scheduled for more than two hours with five minutes in front and five after). This makes Comskip a suspect. In Sweden commercials are scheduled each fifteen minutes after every full hour. On all channels most of the time. So, one commercial should appear xh:45min, almost where the two recordings stopped. It cannot be a coincidence. I will disable Comskip, but since this appears on rare occasion, it will take perhaps a month until I will see any result. My setting is to use Comskip after the recording finished though, so I don't know if it makes sense that the last end of my recordings disappear.

I might have solved the problem. "Use comskip" was checked in both mediaportal and TV-server(by mistake). I am not using comskip at all now. This seems to have solved my problem. The software should check if the same functionality is selected both in MP and TV-server and raise a warning message. I will start using comskip from TV-server again, when I am 100% certain all recordings end as expected.

Just a follow up on the problem with interrupted recordings:
My TV-card was broken and a replacement card solved all problems.
