Recording / Stream on same card (1 Viewer)

I watch channel ONE and want to record a channel on the same transponder.

Watching channel ONE is on card 1.
TVServer set the recording also on card 1 because it is on the same transponder.

After recording is finished, tvserver removes the user schedulerxx --> OK
BUT tvserver stop the timeshifting user HTPC too!?!?

Is this a bug or my mistake?
