Synopsis::
When recording a TV program, the software will record, but the size of the recorded file is 0 bytes. As well, after a recording, the system gets an error and gracefully shutsdown. What would I be doing wrong?
As well, the wizard did not give this option, but the OS in question is actually the 64-bit version of XP.
