Refresh Rate Problem? (1 Viewer)

I'm using Media Portal 1.0.2

When I play a Web stream Video (ASX) it seem that the refresh rate is change to a refresh rate not supported by my monitor (Actually it's an LCD HDTV). If I hook up a real monitor I don't have this problem. I can play all other type of video without problem.

My question is: Is there a setting somewhere to control that? I notice the Dynamic Refresh rate tab but it's all grey out.

Any other idea?

If I press F11 (To do a screen shot) the problem goes away for a few seconds.

The last thing I could add is that I changed the resolution from 1080p to 720p and everything is fine.
