Regional TV on Demand (1 Viewer)

I live in Republic of Ireland, right on the boarder of Northern Ireland

My local TV is RTE, but N. Ireland Is UK TV. I can use Ariel to pick up UK TV, and I have TV license to view it, but online videos does not work.

Issue is that Uk TV on Demand is blocking my IP address as i am not UK IP. Ironically, a TV license is not required to view on demand TV

Is there a way to use a proxy address for onlien videos, so that my ip address does not access the UK on Demand Site as my own IP address
