Yes the Xbox 733Mhz CPU has some problems decoding true 720p video (and 1080i is impossible).Maybe we could get HRHD (Half Resolution High Definition) recording/streaming at 960x540 resolution MPEG-2 (MPEG-TS) in MediaPortal?, as the Xbox hardware should be able to decode that and upconvert it to a 720p display via the GPU without dropping any frames (possible even be able to upconvert it to 1080i in most cases)
