[Usability] Remember window size and position (1 Viewer)

Summary:
In window-mode, let MP start with same size and position as it was closed. It's annoying to change size and position every time I start MP.

Save Left, Right, Width and Height. Read back and apply when starting.
Or let the user set position, width, height as command line parameters

This would be good. I use MP on my desktop PC to watch TV while working & have to resize/position when opening.

Maybe even a command line option to set a window size for start-up?
