I have a Xbox Remote hooked up and configured. It's pretty nifty! http://redcl0ud.hostrocket.com/xbcd_rc.html

Since there are a limited number of buttons on any remote, it would be nice to re-use/consolidate some keys to perform more functions. One such function is left arrow to go back... :roll: I know, I know, this function isn't even in XBMC, but it should be!! Any while we're on the subject, how about right arrow to enter?

Under MyTV, I wasn't able to input numbers to change channels. I think this is a must have. :lol:

Basically, it'd be nice to navigate and do nearly all functions with just the arrow keys and enter. Much thx!!

I believe that you can edit keymap.xml to set the keys as you desire, and then map your remote to your keys. Not that I have tried this myself with MP changing so rapidly and constantly.

I love my Xbox remote control and find it much better than my MSI MEGA 865 remote control using girder.

Did u wire this up yourself or did u buy a remote and IR sensor prewired somewhere?

I just bought a converter from Xbox usb to PC usb. There are plenty of these on eBay.

After that, just load up the drivers and there is a simple little app to program what each of the buttons do. Piece of cake!!
