Remotelly control Media Portal (1 Viewer)

I'd like to know if there is any addon that can control Media Portal from another computer, for instance play music in my living room through Media Portal and change song from my other computer in my office..

Just like AirTunes, PlayerPal, NGWinamp TCP-IP RC and Rudeo Control BUT for Media Portal..
