[Usability] Remove Dialog "Continue at ... or start from beginning" (1 Viewer)

Summary:
Improve handling with recorded programs and video files.

Description:
I suggest to always start recorded programs and video files at that point i stopped watching.
The option, to start the file from beginning can be placed in context menu.
It is a little annoying to press the "OK" button twice.

I prefer the way it is now - your request just thinks of your own useage model. I for example have kids and usually start at the point where I "commanded the end of the film"

Actually I have hacked my own TVPlugin up, that in configuration (among other things) has three options:
- Always start from beginning
- Always resume
- Ask user what to to (current functionality)

The reason for this, was that our old PVR always resumed from where it left playing. But I somehow ended up using "Ask user what to do", in MediaPortal, and I stick with that now
