Rename and remove stuff in basic homescreen? (1 Viewer)

How do I remove, for example My TV, from the Basic Homescreen in Mediaportal? I've been looking in the xml file for the basic homescreen in the 'skins' folder but I didn't manage to remove it.
Is there a way to rename them as well?

Apparently, I it is really hard to change that when you use the Aeon Wide 1.0 skin like I do... But if anyone knows how to do it I would appreciate it!
