I noticed one or the restrictions to using the Replacement MP Tray app is that you must launch MP via the remote, or via its context menu.
I assume this is so it knows when MP is running, to release and take back IR control.
Couldn't it just check the process list for Mediaplayer or if a particular file is locked?
The reason I ask is what about the situation where you autostart MP at boot. In this case MP isn't launched via Replacement MP Tray app, so I guess the remote wouldn't work. Yes or am I missing some critical info here?
