requires installer 1.9.0.0. to 1.99.999.999 (1 Viewer)

Hi I am running MePo 1.15.0 ant when I try to add extensions /plugins to the default skin I get the above message.
I try to add web radio buttons for shoutcast and webradio.
I get the message that I need to restart MePo but when in do again I get the same message over and aver, but no clue how to update the installer.

What Am I missing?
