You can do that from the website by removing shows/movies individually (thats the only way to remove something that is scrobbled). For anything that was synced as seen you can use the configuration button to clear your library. I think it would just be easier to create a new account if you want to start fresh. Regarding multiple user accounts, its really not a supported feature as mediaportal/plugins do not store its information for each user.</blockquote>
