Restarting MP from MP???? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have a problem with the Blue3 skin of MP. When I go into "My Videos" more than once, I lose IMDB info for my movies (graphic, director & year)... I know it's the skin because this doesn't happen with other skins that show IMDB. If I restart MP, the information re-appears. My issue is... I really like the Blue3 skin.

Because I use Hava for TV, I don't need to load the TV server and MP loads very quickly on my system. So I was wondering if there's any easy solution to restart MP from within MP? If not, maybe someone knows a good work around to accomplish this?

A better solution would be to log this issue so that the Blue3 skin is fixed for 1.0.

Restarting MP is not a real fix!

Post the bug in this forum: Blue3 Skin Feedback - MediaPortal Forum

and make sure you include logs then hopefully it will be fixed for 1.0!

I did post this problem in general support before I figured out it was a SKIN problem but there doesn't seem to be a current solution... so a work around would be nice for now... But I understand your point and I will also post the problem with logs as you suggested when I get home.

I wasn't aware of a Blue3 skin feedback forum... it appears someone else had this problem and there are alternative Blue3 skins that might resolve this isse.
