I did post this problem in general support before I figured out it was a SKIN problem but there doesn't seem to be a current solution... so a work around would be nice for now... But I understand your point and I will also post the problem with logs as you suggested when I get home.

I wasn't aware of a Blue3 skin feedback forum... it appears someone else had this problem and there are alternative Blue3 skins that might resolve this isse. Revs... wouldn't have found this without your response... thank you!
