MediaPortal Version: 1.3.0 Alpha MediaPortal Skin: StreamedMP Windows Version: Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate 64Bit Video Card: ATI Mobility Radeon 5400 HD Video and Audio Codec: ffdshow or Lav with same result TV - HTPC Connection: HDMI Hi, This problem is already solved but need a little fix I think, anyway can help somebody (take me hours before finding a workaround). When using an AMP (OnkyoTX-SR606 in my case) with bitstreaming (HDMI pass through) if you use pause during a movie, you can't restart, movie stop with black screen and freeze MP or stop and go back to MP. Problem occur only in bitsreaming, I mean Dolby, DTS, True HD, etc. But no problem if it's something stereo like mp3 or AAC. This is not an issue with my system as when I use MPC-HC I have no problem. The problem is, when you push "pause" on your remote controller, windows and/or MP try to play a little sound like "ding". So the AMP switch between his previous mode (Dolby, DTS, True HD, etc.) to another one and apparently MP is not able to resume the movie, log enclosed and little extract below. Workaround is done by disabling windows sounds and in MP config/GUI disable skin sound effect. Hope this will help somebody. Cheers and thanks for MP.
