I did a search on this, but all RSS feeds I found were not up to date.

I just installed this mod on my own forum - peice of cake, took 5 seconds.

Then people just load the rss.php in their browser, and it swiftly generates an up-to-date RSS feed 8)

This could take a lot of load off your server too.

Can this be installed please?

Yes, that's right but all I get from that is this, and not an XML file:

Code:
Template->make_filename(): Error - file does not exist

Ahh, I now think I know why it doesn't work... I'm not using the standard forum template, and I bet that the rss script template has only been copyed to the standard board style subfolder!

Admin, could you please copy this style to the other style folders?

it doesn't matter which template u are using. is anyone else that is using a non standard template having problems seeing the xml file loading when clicking on that link?

Yes it does. Today I tried updating my profile to use the default forum template, and the RSS feed worked just fine.

So the problem is infact that the rss template file has to be copied to the other style folders - that's all there is to it.

Can an admin please do this?

I AM the admin and I will take care of it. I wanted to make sure it was a template problem so i don't go copying files everwhere.

Ok, i've copied the correct file to all the template folders. I've also tested them all by changing my own default template.

    All worked perfect.
