Have you tried The Core Pocket Media Player? (tcpmp) I think you might need to use ORB server though because if I remember correctly tcpmp supports only http streams. I think someone has already mentioned how to go about doing this.

[edit] hmmm, come to think of it there may be another way to stream to a WM PDA without going through the orb site.

Check this site out: http://www.umediaserver.net/

I have used this server in the past and the response time is excellent even on low bandwidth connections. I think it can stream in tcp, rtp and http. From what I see in their news section they now have a WM5 player so this might actually work (albeit it is not a free solution - check the readme.txt, the free version has an 8-minute limitation so you need to restart playing the stream every 8 minutes). Also, you will have to set up a web server along with the unreal media server on your host pc to make this work. Changing channels from the PDA might work if you use mp web-interface http://www.mp-webinterface.com/mambo/ which I think includes an Apache web server

Note: this solution is NOT for TVEngine 0.3 but for 0.2.x (actually, I think mp-web-interface works only with 0.2RC1

I haven't tried this solution myself but all-in-all it might just be feasible (Anyone care to try?)
:D
