Summary:
Possibility to define a system command to be run each time MediaPortal switches to each area
Area:
Global
Description:
I propose a new setting, for each area (DVD, Movies, Music, Pictures, Radio, TV), in which the user could define a system command (exe, bat, ...) that would run when the user switches to that area in MediaPortal.
The command should be run exactly before the area is activated and MediaPortal should wait for it to finish.
This would allow, as an example, to define different ffdshow postprocessing settings fto DVD, Movies and TV, because we could define to run "regedit /s settings_for_area.reg" just before the area is activated / video starts. I bet the users would find other usages to this feature.
