When I try to run from VS2010, I get a plugin dependency error.  Running the Installed version of the app works fine.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hein[DOUBLEPOST=1365433280][/DOUBLEPOST]OK, got it running.  for some reason ConfigurationManager did not build or was not not copied to the bin folder
