Russian DVB EPG and Channels (iso-8895-5 trouble) (1 Viewer)

I have one trouble with dvb-epg. I use mediaportal v0.2.3.0-RC2 with russian user interface. All looks great, but all channel names with cyrillic is not readble, with EPG the same trouble. I think this is a bug with encoding iso-8895-5.
Can I hope for fix it?

I have the same trouble.
Everything was great (I mean only Russian channel names - I didn't have EPG at all) until I upgraded TVServer once :

So I lost connection to MSSQL and installed MySQL to solve the trouble.
Now I can rename channels in TVServer form, but when I reopen the form all letters transform to ?????.
I did this in my.ini:
default-character-set=cp1251
But no success
