S-video in from VIVO card - or streaming media in mediaporta (1 Viewer)

Hi - is it possible to view the video i have hooked up to my svideo in port on my ati x1600xt card? If not is it possiple to view a network video stream inside mediaportal (stream it from windows media encoder on the same machine)

If none of htese are possible - how can i get my settop box video into media portal in a none expensive way? I have an usb dvb-t unit hooked up already as I want to be able to record the most comon shows whil watching of my settop box...

i'm not sure if your card is supported. if so, you would be able to choose the card in your configuration (television). If not and you want that to happen, you will have to deal with dmans sticky posts how to add your card to mp (-;

For the streaming content - you can stream via the radio engine. in config you can specify a playlist folder and in this there should be one, containing the link to your own stream. then you should habe the stream in mp, in radio instead of tv though, whats a pity indeed.
