Now I know why AAC decoder is used. This is MediaInfo details for your clip:
General ID : 4 Complete name : E:\Video\Varios\not_working.ts Format : MPEG-TS File size : 9.98 MiB Duration : 7s 596ms Overall bit rate : 11.0 Mbps Video ID : 48 (0x30) Menu ID : 137 (0x89) Format : AVC Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec Format profile : High@L4.0 Format settings, CABAC : Yes Format settings, ReFrames : 4 frames Duration : 7s 596ms Maximum bit rate : 10.7 Mbps Width : 1 920 pixels Height : 1 080 pixels Display aspect ratio : 16/9 Frame rate : 25.000 fps Resolution : 24 bits Colorimetry : 4:2:0 Scan type : Interlaced Scan order : Top Field First Audio #1 ID : 64 (0x40) Menu ID : 137 (0x89) Format : AAC Format/Info : Advanced Audio Codec Maximum bit rate : 108 Kbps Video delay : -924ms Language : English Audio #2 ID : 65 (0x41) Menu ID : 137 (0x89) Format : AC-3 Format/Info : Audio Coding 3 Bit rate mode : Constant Bit rate : 384 Kbps Maximum bit rate : 432 Kbps Channel(s) : 6 channels Channel positions : Front: L C R, Surround: L R, LFE Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz Video delay : -880ms Language : English
I asume MediaPortal File Reader detects first audio stream in AAC format, and that's why it's connected to Monogram AAC decoder... I've recorded a little clip from Anixe HD (h264 1080i, AC3), and if I try to render it using Mediaportal File Reader into Graphedit it works, and it connects to AC3Filter if I render audio pin... EDIT: In fact, with not_working.ts, MediaPortal File Reader ONLY detects first audio stream in AAC format. Haali Media Splitter detects two different audio streams, and if you render audio pin, AC3 one is used.
