They are 1080p with 8 reference frames. The thing is my other box runs linux with XBMC, which uses nvidia's VDPAU which apparently handles x264 much better than DXVA because they played fine (and it has a 3ghz P4 cpu which would never do 1080p).</p></blockquote><p></p>
