Just reinstall SAF and this time enable passthrough.

You need to setup your GPU output to match your TV standard 50Hz for PAL, 60 for NTSC.
This have nothing to do with decoders (SAF).

It looks like the problem is connected to custom renderer.
Setup MPC-HC to use EVR instead of EVR custom - playback will be OK.
I think MePo have the same problem.
    No idea what causing it...

That did the trick!! But only in MPC-HC! How can I change this in MediaPortal?

AW: Re: SAF v5.00 experimental (based on FFDShow DXVA decoder)

    SAF 5.00 SVN20110304 out:

    - ALL - fix wrong prefered MJPEG decoder (Win7 only)

What does that mean? I still have massive stuttering playback with videos recorded from my Digital Cam Nikon D90. Anything I can do?

There was a bug - decoder for MJPEG was set to system default one, so FFDshow was not in use under Win7. Now it should use FFDShow.
    Can you provide small sample?

AW: SAF v5.00 experimental (based on FFDShow DXVA decoder)

Sure, here it is...working fine with VLC, but not in MP.

EDIT: Maybe it helps in bugfinding: This .avi works fine with SAF4 (but there I have trouble getting my iphone-movs to go without stutter...) All on Win7 x86 this is.

It looks like bug in MPC AVI splitter.
Open Graphstudio and unregister it. It should play fine now (bot other AVIs may fail...)
Or use MKV merge to remux it to MKV.
I dont have solution for this :/
