Hello,
I have installed this version of SAF on my MediaPortal 1.1.0RC1 on XP. When it is installed, I cannot play tsstreams (LiveTV will not play the buffer), but I can view online videos and flv files fine. Uninstall SAF and the TV works but obviously I cannot view flv/online any more.

The same thing happens with version 4 of SAF.

If I open a ts file in graphedit it will play (I'm not sure if this is meaningful or not).

Is the solution to this known, or can I assist with log files or something?

I'm having slight audio sync problems using this on (all) MKV's... I'm using passthrough with SPDIF.
Is there any way to fix this?

I think this is caused by ffdshow audio. I've experienced this as well. No problems with ac3filter/mpchc at all.

How? I am not part of FFDshow team. You should report issues directly to FFDshow team...

New SVN out.

I decided to replace Haali by MPC splitters. This will need 3 steps (AVI/MKV and MP4)
2 of 3 steps are finished, MP4 is still splited by Haali, becouse of problems with MPC MP4 splitter (black screen on some MP4). Hope MPC-HC team will fix it...
All AVIs should be working now and it is possible MKV files will be opened faster then before.

This change can introduce problem with subtitles inside MKV (MP wont detect them). MP subtitle engine will need be updated to fix this.

BTW, this change can "fix" possible FF/REW problems.

So try and report
SAF will now pack all LOGs in to one "SAF_LOGs.7z" file, if you will be looking for it, it is on your system root.

Incidentally, the Russian forum one good man made a modification of the splitter MPC-HC in the files to mkv and m2ts stream of VC-1 connects the correct decoders which way possible to choose the properties of the splitter. And so did the same patch implements the MediaPortal renderer of MPC-HC.
