Hi,

I checked the installation a few times and the issue occurs, when the "LAV Video Decoder" is selected during the installation.
When I uncheck this option, the installation is successful.

Hi.
I cannot reproduce. Can you translate the message to me?
If you set different language, still the same issue?

I have the same problem. I cant config LAV-filters. SAF6.05 works fine. (WinXP SP3)

What the message saying? I need english translation...
Acording you log, LAV Video decoder is installed correctly.

The messagebox shows:

File can not be moved: The specified file name is invalid or too long.
Specify a different file name.

So with the last update PDVD11 + VC1 works great now in mepo !!! Thanks !!!

BTW, there is no reason to use PDVD for VC-1 any longer. FFDshow DXVA decoder now support VC-1 i/p - it is enabled by SAF default.
Only limitation is you need Vista/Win7 for this.

Hm I prefer to use PDVD11 fin him better and the CPU is even higher at around 4% with ffdshow

    Hi Hoborg,

Is it possible to unlock and install SAF in completely silent mode?

    Regards,

    MaxT

    Hi.
I was thinking about this for long time already, but it is not that easy.
SAF needs to be configured durning setup...
Maybe one day it will be possible by using saf.ini file.

    Here are the links

    Sorry, i cannot reproduce.
Can you try to install LAVF directly from LAVF page?

    Thanks Hoborg!

Even just command line parameters would be ok I guess if it is easier to implement.

There is PaquetBuilder limitation - it will only accept one parameter, but we need more of them - path, subtitles setup, audio passthrough, components,...

You only need one parameter: -c ./installation.conf

The file could contain a sample of installation settings and everything is modified there.

EDIT: Oh, I'm sorry, I Think thats what you meant when you said "Maybe one day it will be possible by using saf.ini file."
