I didn't hear about this bug of PDVD10 and VBR HDTV? Is it fixed in version 11 or a new release of PDVD10?
Anyway, what was the bug about?

There was a stuttering since BBC HD start to broadcast in VBR. It was already fixed in PDVD10.

For some reason instead of English SAF6 installs Czech localization.

I just try both and if i select English, FFDshow/MPC-HC are in english as it should.

Same problem with me, 2 times i have installed and uninstalled and both times it installs Czech localization.

OK, so you run SAF.exe and select English.
SAF install texts are in English or Czech?
After SAF install - look in to START menu - SAF6 - texts here are in english or czech?
Both FFDSDhow and MPC-HC player are in czech?

Everything is on Czech, menu shortcuts and also the ffdshow and Mpc-hc.
on my laptop with win 7 x64 its installed on English but on my htpc win7 x32 i cannot instaled on english
