I'd be glad to know does DTRS-HD passthrough work for other people using SAF6 and LAV audio decoder on any hardware?

Both D-THD and DTS-HD MA bitstreaming are working with my ATI HD5450, using SAFv6 and LAV.

SAF 6.00 SVN20110722 released:
- fixed missing FFDshow audio icon
- redirected more audio formats to LAV audio decoder on Win7
- wrong text in SAF installer for FFDshow audio decoder
- added special setting to SAF START menu for .MOD files to handle them as audio/video

Now it is possible to easilly set MOD files as audio (default) or video is by START - SAF - Special settings

DTS-HD and Dolby True HD works on my site.

Well, I can tell you that you can see (under Windows 7) what formats the ION 330 can handle and you will notice that, by HDMI, only AC3 and DTS will be visible, no HD audio formats. HD audio can be played as Lpcm (PCM on your Yamaha) and that's it.

Yes you are right. But I have receiver and it displays "DTS-HD HI RES" at hdmi input for ION as a source of hdmi video/audio. I'd be glad to know does DTRS-HD passthrough work for other people using SAF6 and LAV audio decoder on any hardware?

i downloaded a concert live, format is mpeg-2 transport stream but i only hear audio and dont see the video. any ideas how i can fix this? its over 5 gigs so not sure how i can upload a sample lol

i have the same problem with all my video files. i dont know but i think i read here in an old thread that it was a setting in ffdshow for old hardware configs/ graphic cards.

If you simply rename your file from .TS to .M2TS - does it helps?

i have the same problem with all my video files. i dont know but i think i read here in an old thread that it was a setting in ffdshow for old hardware configs/ graphic cards.

Try to change video renderer in MePo settings VMR9<=>EVR.
But if you have old GPU, there is nothing i can do.

mh i dont know, maybe the onboard graphic is really to weak, but 1080p is running without problems.

switching to evr solved the problem

but one sort of files are stuttering. Settings like in your startpost.
i've made a screenshot form graphstudio and codec information from the file when showing it in vlc.

shouldn't h264 run with dxva ffdshow?

in vlc this video is running without problems

My HTPC is running great at the moment with SAF 6.

If i update to the latest version of your SAF 6, will it overwrite the settings of the earlier installation (some FFDShow/AC3 settings for example) or will it leave those untouched?

Yes, MePo TS reader doesnot like your TS file.
This is not SAF issue.

Your iGPU doesnot support h.264 DXVA
