saving info before format (1 Viewer)

i have 4 hard drives on my media pc,drive c is the main drive with all my programs on it and the other 3 have films.
i want to format c and reinstall windows , what folders from media portal will i need to copy so when i reinstall media portal after the format i do not have to go and search the internet database for all the covers and film info as this would take days.

erm... what stops you from keeping the whole MP folder and after installation drop it over the new?
