Hi All,

I'm running the 'standalone' installation with a AF9005 DVB-T usb stick. MP recognises the Card and I can see the correct properties in the TV-Config section.

However, when I scan for channels (ALL UK regions) no channels are found despite the Signal strength being indicated as 100% on quite a few frequencies.

Is this a common problem and is there a documented solution? If there is could someone give me a pointer as I've been unable to find it?

Thanks in advance.

Further Info

Just to expand on previous -

I'm running windows XP sp3. Mediaportal RC1.

I've installed blazehdtv as way of a test and it picks up all the channels I would expect to see but MP isn't seeing any.

Is there something I need to change with the scanning configuration? I had this all working Ok with FC6 and Myth but decided to use XP and Mediaportal so it would pass the 'can the wife use it test!!'

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Apologies if this is a well known problem and I posted too soon but have resolved problem.

The 'CAM' limit had been set to '1'. I changed this to '0' and then scanning started to find channels. Is there a good reason for this? Have another porblem with 'unable to start graph' when viewing but I'll look into that before raising.

Hope this will help someone else one day.
