I am in this situation, as on my production HTPC I have a TBS 6284 DVB-T2 quad-tuner card, and a Pinnacle 2000i DVB-T dual-tuner card. The Pinnacle tuners cannot receive the HD channels, but there are several SD channels that are broadcast in the DVB-T2 MUX. It can be quite laborious to find out which SD channels these are, so it is simpler to scan each tuner in turn.</li>
