Hi, I am a new MediaPortal user. Have successfully installed it in WinXP and am able to control with an MCE remote. I'm looking for a way to:
1) resume the PC from stanby at a specific time of day, then
2) begin a slideshow, and finally
3) after some amount of time (1-2hrs) terminate the slideshow and put the PC back into standby mode
I've searched and have not found a way to do an automated timed slideshow in this manner.
I know that MP with the appropriate plugin (autostart) can start whatever you want upon opening. And I also know that I can schedule a task in WinXP. Just don't know how to cleanly terminate the show and go back to standby after a preset time. Is this presently possible?
