Set a "record every time on every channel" schedule, find 2 episodes starting at the same time on different channels, canceling one episode actually cancels both episodes.
It also leaves the GUI in an inconsistent state: the main EPG display correctly updates, the schedule detail does not update correctly.
Logs are for "Merlin", it starts 7:40pm Saturday on BBC1 and a related broadcast on channel 301 starts at the same time, same name. I delete the 301 instance but the logs don't seem to show anything for that schedule change.
Looks like the scheduler needs to check more state.
