Schedules Direct (1 Viewer)

I've read through the recent threads regarding Schedules Direct and MP2.
From what I understand, the current Schedules Direct plug in for MP1 will/should work with MP2, is that correct?
If so, and since there is no plugin manager for MP2, is there a way to extract the items from the plugin package and put them where they need to go so the Schedules Direct plugin will work with MP2?
At the end of the day, I just want Schedules Direct to work with MP2.

I installed the plug in as the other thread suggested.
But I still don't see any guide data.
I don't see anywhere in the application to map the schedules direct guide to the channel in MP2.
Based on the channel details, I'm not sure how the plug in knows where to map the data.
Is there any additional information you can provide?

I've looked at other threads on the forum and someone suggested that making the name of the channel in MP2 the same as what Schedules Direct has it listed as might solve the problem. I've done that but still don't see any guide data showing up.
If we can figure out how to get this working with MP2, I'm happy to update the Wiki so that others who come after us will know what to do.
Any help on how to get this setup is appreciated.

It looks like using the XMLTV plugin with mc2xml pointed to Schedules Direct might be the right way to go.
Has anybody tried this with MP2 with success?
