Unfortunately the log files only/mostly show PowerScheduler activity from 2014-11-13 06:09:03 to 2014-11-13 07:50:53 (3.5 MB of log data), no info about SchedulesDirect. To find what causes SD problems we will need to get focused log activity showing what happens when you run SD-plugin. Try the following,
setup SD-plugin to “Force full guide update”
goto SetupTV > Manual, press "stop"
delete TVService.log and TVService-Error.log, so tvserver will start new log files when you start
press "Start", tvserver will start running, trigger SD-plugin
let this run until SD is done and upload the 2 log files, on my system when SD runs for daily background EPG update it generates log files like the following, yours may be a bit different since you did manual "trigger". Not sure how long this will take, depends on number of channels, days, etc. Maybe 5-10 minutes?? For initial setup/debug you can limit SD to 2-3 days.
end of my SD activity, looks like this

If you use notepad to open TVService.log, you will need to open/close the log file several times, look at end of file, to see when SD-plugin is done. Other editors like notepad++ will see changes to the log file and ask if you want to "reload".
I did as you requested and here is the log files for TVService.log.It looks as if there is very little about Schedules Direct activity in there. As for the other one, TVService-Error.log, it turns out to be empty.
looks like SD ran, downloaded but did not map the channels. looks like you have about 23 channels or so. If you look at listings, did something get downloaded for the following channel?
[2014-11-13 20:18:17,470] [Log ] [SchedulesDirect EPG Client] [INFO ] - Channel CHOTDT (Ch. 40) was found as CHOT HD in EPG mapping database

when I switched mc2xml/xmltv to sd-plugin I also had trouble getting the channel map going. I ended up doing the following. not sure if you have lot of schedules setup but I did the following.
.
use SetupTv > Export/Import to Export your channels, groups, schedules
goto Channels, delete all your channels
go back Export/Import, do an Import to restore your channels, groups, schedules
this should reset the way EPG mapping is done. then redo the log file, sd-plugin "force update" steps you used to get the log files. hopefully sd-plugin will work better. upload the new log files.
Glad you are back up and running, sorry it took so long. Next time I'll remember to suggest all channel export, delete, import. Not sure of the gory software details, looks like xmltv "owned" the EPG for your channels. The delete/import cleared the "owned" state so sd-plugin could do its thing.
You could try upping the number of EPG days, max=13 or so. You might want to try the "Add additional rating" option. In the logs it shows where sd-plugin added the channels

sd-plugin has an internal scheduler, runs every 24, 48, etc hours. I use 24. You don't need to use PowerScheduler to run mc2xml anymore and should disable that option.
OK, then I guess that the option "Last minute updates" should rather have been described as "Update frequency", right?
Last night I found that my recovered setup has at least one little glitch: one of the stations (actually my favorite one: CBOFT-DT) is missing from the EPG. As the station is actually playing fine, I assume that this is only a mapping issue in the EPG table. However, the Schedules Direct plugin does not seem to have any manual option for fine tuning the mapping. How can I fix my mapping problem?
