yes,"Update frequency" would be a better name, 24 hours = run SD EPG download once a day.

Not sure why 1 channel has a problem. the sd-plugin does not have a manual "tweak" setup option. The only way I know to do "fresh" SD-EPG mapping is to do the export channels, delete all channels, import channels, manual trigger sd-plugin steps.

For antenna/ATSC SD keys on the Major-Minor channel numbers when it does the mapping. The log files you uploaded yesterday show a CBOFTDT problem.
    [2014-11-14 09:43:48,596] [Log ] [SchedulesDirect EPG Client] [INFO ] - Could not find a match for CBOFTDT/9-1

an example of a good channel
    [2014-11-14 09:43:48,607] [Log ] [SchedulesDirect EPG Client] [INFO ] - Channel CFMTDT2 (CFMT-DT2) was found as 60.1 OMNI1 in EPG mapping database
    [2014-11-14 09:43:48,643] [Log ] [SchedulesDirect EPG Client] [INFO ] - Updated channel 60.1 OMNI1 [id=53 xmlid=64990.60-1.schedulesdirect.org]

Go to your online SD account web page and "edit" you lineup. Check that CBOFT-DT is enabled and the channel number. Looks like SD uses 9-1 for the CBOFTDT channel number. The online http://www.rabbitears.info/market.php, look for/click Ottawa shows the following, and I think 9-1 is the correct channel number
    http://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=print_station&facility_id=9041100

Could you do an channel "export" again and upload the export.xml file, or upload the file you used yesterday so I can check how MePo sees the channels. The rabbitears data has 1 thing that seems strange. At the bottom the page it shows
    Digital Channel = 9.11
    Display Channel = 09-1

I'm curious if the MePo channel scan uses 9-1 or 9-11 for the CBOFTDT major-minor channel numbers.

    Hi Ron,

Thanks a lot for your suggestions. They helped me remember that when I first scanned my ATSC stations, for some reason the "name" of the CBOFT-DT station came out as "unknown" and its"major" and "minor" channel numbers were missing. I had had to edit the station data in order to get the EPG working. I did that again, then I exported, deleted all channels and reimported. And yes, sure enough, CBOFT-DT is back into the EPG. Thus, there was nothing wrong with SD but there is definitely a glitch in the info received by the tuner at scanning time.

Everything now appears to be back to normal. Many thanks for all the help you gave me!

    Pierre
