SchedulesDirect Plugin: No guide data (1 Viewer)

This is on a Win8.1 64bit single seat installation working off an HDHomeRun Prime (CableCard).

I can't get any guide data to display, even with the force update on next service restart option enabled (I'm using the Manual control to cycle the service). The display simply shows "No data" for every channel and time slot.

I've deleted and rescanned all the channels (there was a firewall issue that initially prevented the scan from identifying most of the channels, but it's fixed now). I've confirmed I have a valid SD account with the correct lineup.
